Equipment features
1. Adopting a four column gantry design, the appearance is beautiful, and the pressurization method uses air pressure, which can reach 5T.
2. Adopting a square oscillation cavity or circular design, coupled with a reasonable oscillation circuit system, to ensure stable and strong high-frequency output.
3. Spark protectors: NL873, NL5557, and electronic are available, which can reduce the damage to the mold during ignition.
4. Configure a synchronous meter that can set the current value. When the high-frequency current reaches the set value, it will automatically cut off to protect the product from being scrapped due to excessive current.
5. The four station slide table is driven by a motor, equipped with a high-frequency current (VC, cross-linking) electric regulating device, and a high-voltage transformer with five adjustable gears. The four slide table can simultaneously use different specifications of molds for production and counting.
